Past Years' Race Day Schedule
- 4:00-7:00 pm: Packet Pick-up at the ballfields (Race-day Packet Pick-up will also be available from 6:00-11:00 am on Saturday morning).
- 6:30 am: Marathon runners gather at race starting line at the Ballfields.
- 7:00 am: Marathon Starting Time
- 8:00 am: Half Marathon Start from Soward Ranch. Participants are encouraged to be dropped off at the start. Some parking will be available.
- 9:30 am: 6.6K Start from Ed Hargraves Park (the ballfields)
- 11:30 am: Awards Ceremony
- 10:30-2:00 pm: Post Race Celebration and Music at the ballfields. Enjoy live music, beer, food and plenty of space.

We Strive for Low Impact
Zero waste is all about limiting what goes to the landfill. At Headwaters Alliance, we are committed to our environment and are taking steps to ensure the Runoff Runoff respects zero waste practices as much as possible, such as:
- Ample recycling bins
- Fully recyclable or reusable silverware, plates, and cups
- Limiting food waste (we are working on collecting food waste for composting down valley)
- Plastic-free
It takes everyone to make zero waste happen, so we invite you to partner with us in participating in zero waste practices of your own. Bring your own cup! Bring your own silverware! Limit your food waste! Put things in the recycle bin!
